If puppies are not born yet a 500 deposit will put you on our call list. If pups are already on the ground then the deposit is 1000. to hold your SPOT in the litter. This deposit is non-refundable but can be used on any litter owned by Susie Wilcher for 12 months from reciept. Deposits are refundable ONLY in the unlikely event that the pup gets sick, injured or dies.
YOUR PUPPY WILL COME WITH AN AKC LIMITED REGISTRATION. THIS IS AN AKC REGISTRATION WHICH IS PERFECT FOR PETS, OBEDIENCE DOGS, AGILITY DOGS, HUNTING DOGS, DOCK DIVING, THERAPY DOGS, ETC.
IF YOU ARE WANTING TO BREED OR SHOW IN AKC CONFORMATION CLASSES...YOU WOULD WANT A FULL REGISTRATION. OTHERWISE...A LIMITED REGISTRATION IS JUST FINE.
SOMETIMES THE BREEDER WILL UPGRADE TO A FULL REGISTRATION UPON REQUEST. HOWEVER...THIS WILL RAISE THE PRICE OF THE DOG AND IS ONLY SOLD TO APPROVED BUYERS. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON STICKING MY PUPPY IN A KENNEL AND NOT MAKING IT A MEMBER OF THE FAMILY THEN PLEASE DONT BOTHER TO CONTACT ME. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, ALL OF OUR PUPPIES COME WITH A 24 month HEALTH & TEMPERMENT GUARANTEE. To validate gurantee you must have your puppy current on health insurance. we recommend Trupanion.
Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at time of sale. Your pup has had one set of vaccinations/health checked by a licensed VET and has been de-wormed at least three times. A health record will be supplied at time of pick up.
Take your pup to your vet of choice within 3 business days of pick-up. If your puppy is found to have a major problem at this time which is hereditary and not injury related, it is returnable with a full refund of purchase price. (proper documentation from licensed veterinarian required...seller reserves right to get a second opinion) Presence of parasites, protozoa or bacteria is not unusual in puppies of this age and is not considered to be a major problem. A continuing regiment is recommended to eradicate. We furthermore guarantee for 12 MOS against heart conditions or other internal genetic malfunctions not injury related. Your pup is also guaranteed for 24 MOS against hip dysplasia. If such a conditions exist, you must provide breeder with proper documentation and dog MUST BE PHYSICALLY LAME and cant function as a pet. A replacement puppy will be given upon completion of above mentioned conditions. This is a one time replacement and no further guarantees are made. Please remember... genetics is only part of the picture. Environment nutrition and excessive exercise dramatically effects your puppies soundness.

We do not guarantee against infertility or other breeding problems. when you purchase a full registration you are actually buying the use of our pedigree. Which means we supplied you with a open AKC registration at purchase (your dog can register their off spring with AKC) so we have fulfilled our full registration responsibilities. all sales are final.
*Your puppy is being purchased with an AKC Limited Registration. *unless otherwise agreed apon* Your pup cannot compete in AKC conformation shows and any offspring of your pup cannot be registered with AKC. You may still compete in agility and obedience events, as well as dock diving and hunting trials.
